To reserve your spot, we require your: studio name, studio director name, email address, physical address and the number of entries you will have (you may choose to estimate this based on your previous entries). Register Now

Once we receive your deposit, you will be given access to the Versastyle Studio Portal, where you can manage your entries, review venue details, and receive event news.

Please estimate how many of your dancers will be participating in our IMPULSE category and how many spots that you would like to reserve.

Studios are encouraged to:

• Hold the number of entries based on last year’s numbers
• Immediately plan for participation in OVERTIME, REPLAY, REMIX, UNITY and IMPULSE
• Review Studio Info pack and ask questions if you’re unsure about how things work

VSDC will require a non-refundable deposit no later than 10 days from your initial request for a hold. If we do not receive your deposit, your spot will be released to the next in line.

Registration for VSDC is easy through our proprietary online system. You can input and modify your entries right through your portal login. www.versastyle.ca/portal

1. All entries must be submitted by: January 5, 2026 (Late entries are subject to an additional fee.)
2. 50% of your registration balance is due by January 5, 2026 Final balance is due by January 26, 2026 (30 days before tour launch).
3. Space is limited and studios are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Holds will only become confirmed bookings once a deposit is received. Your registration will be deemed to be accepted only at the point when VSDC sends a confirmation email to the email address that you have provided.
